Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. While we strive to deliver within this timeframe, natural events or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. In remote or less accessible locations, delivery may take longer based on our logistics partner’s reach. In such cases, we will proactively contact you. Please check your email regularly for updates.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification on WhatsApp along with an email containing your tracking information. Customers are responsible for tracking the delivery once the order has left our warehouse.
Please note: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We are unable to change the shipping address or the selected shipping method once the order is confirmed.
